The Acavallo Piuma Air-Release Featherlight Pad is made from a feather-light thermoplastic material. The low profile eliminates bulk but provides very effective padding and provides extra protection to the horse's back. The innovative ventilation and air supply system allows the horse's back to stay cool and ventilated during work, preventing heat build-up. The special structure of the pad shows a multitude of small bulges with holes on the sides, which allow an intensive, horizontally directed air circulation path. In addition to a shock-absorbing cushioning effect that compresses and releases each time, the bulges create a refreshing airflow. This airflow is further enhanced by large rectangular cutouts positioned over the swirl channel of the pad. This saddle pad has a chic edge made of eco-wool that protects against abrasions and also looks elegant.
