The naf NaturalintX wound dressing is a highly absorbent dressing with several layers. Due to the fact that the dressing is impregnated with tragacanth and boric acid, it has a gentle cleansing and mild antiseptic effect. The dressing can be applied in three different ways.

Application

Before each application, first carefully clean the area to be treated. First check that the dressing is not too warm or too cold before applying it to your horse. The dressing should be changed every 12 hours.
The naf NaturalintX wound dressing can be applied in three ways:

• cold dressing: Immerse the dressing in boiled water. Allow the water to cool thoroughly with the dressing in it. Then remove the dressing and squeeze out excess water well. You can also place the dressing in the refrigerator with the plastic wrapping for additional cooling. Then place the cold dressing, plastic side out, on the affected area and secure the dressing with a NaturalintX wrap.
• warm dressing: Immerse the wound dressing in boiled water. Allow the water with the dressing in it to cool to a lukewarm temperature. Then remove the dressing and squeeze out the excess water. Place the dressing on the skin with the plastic side facing outward so that it does not touch the irritated, sore skin. Then secure the dressing with the NaturalintX Wrap.
• dry dressing: Place the dressing directly on the affected area, making sure the plastic side is on the outside and not touching the skin. Then secure the wound dressing with the NaturalintX Wrap.

Tragacanth (6 g), boric acid (2 g)
